Mother & Child

Acrylic on Canvas. Artist's Statement: Mother and child themes are oft painted subjects in art. I do these themes to capture my Mom's and my Lola's love for their respective children. I can only fathom half of the deep love they're capable of giving. With their motherly love, as well as every mother in this world, they are heroes. Art is of the spirit, animated by the soul that provides impetus to one's creativity. Whatever kind of art you do, do it with spiritual impact as the main goal.
