Oil on canvas, 2006. Artist's Statement: The lady in the painting is in deep thought. She is filled with uncertainties about life. The bird perched on her shoulder is comforting her in a non-verbal way. The bird signifies freedom to let go of her uncertainties just as the bird soars to the sky.
