Artist's Statement: I did this oil piece pre pandemic when I moved back to my hometown in Molave, Zamboanga del Sur. I have always loved the simple, rustic and bucolic life. This is still a mother and child theme of sorts punctuating love of pristine Mother Nature. Art is of the spirit, animated by the soul that provides impetus to one's creativity. Whatever kind of art you do, do it with spiritual impact as the main goal.
