Seller's Statement: This December 1974 invitation to an art exhibition opening at the Impressions Gallery owned and run by Aleli Gonzalez is more than a piece of 70’s nostalgia because it is actually an original woodblock print by Rod. Paras Perez worthy of collecting in its own right much like the early posters of Peter Max from the 60’s. The print (and the exhibit) celebrated the Mother and Child theme which has a long tradition in both Western and Philippine art.
